"Fortune Favors The Bold" - Virgil

Updated: 5 days ago

This statement is about as true as it gets. However getting there is no easy task.

In my opinion, this is one of, if not, the most important characteristic to develop in yourself and in your kids. But being "bold" just for the sake of being bold isn't it. The reason behind your bravery, or lack-there-of, is even more important.

Ok, so "be bold". Got it. But what does that mean exactly? How? In which direction? For what purpose?

To put it in the simplest terms... to go where no one else is leading you. That's where your "true self" lives. It's not something you make up, it's something you search for and discover.

Why? Because being "bold" is not simply acting with courage, it is finding the courage within you to fight the things you are really scared of facing. This manifests in how your bravery treats other people. If it is disruptive and full of blame it will do you no good. If it is constructive and full of ownership it will do you all the good in the world.

The difference is in what you are fighting for. Or if you are really fighting against something instead. Because that is an entirely different story. One will get you moving, while the other will spin your wheels.

One of the things I'm fighting for, since I became obsessed with self-improvement, is a financially stable future, because I am way behind financially.

I'm in my 40's and I have yet to start planning for retirement. My life took a few detours, it took me longer to figure things out than I would've liked but I can't go back and change any of that. I can only look ahead to what's coming and try to prepare as best I can.

So if you are also behind and you'd like to catch up with me, stick around because it is going to be a wild ride. (The good kind.) There seems to be a new technology hitting the marketplace practically weekly. Things are rapidly changing behind the scenes and who has the time to keep up with it all?

That's what I'm trying to do, so you don't have to. There are a lot of new exciting opportunities hitting the marketplace and if you don't know how to spot them, you are unknowingly missing out. But you don't have to be. These are things you can easily take advantage of. It's not hard. It doesn't take long. It's a "set it and forget it" type of thing for the long term.

If you'd like to learn how to make some extra money on a weekly basis and build it up week-to-week, that is also coming soon so stay tuned.

I figure I have about 20 years until retirement. A lot can happen and change in that time... and from the looks of it... it will. So why not take advantage of it and de-stress your financial life a little bit?

In my search, I came across a very interesting company. One developing new technology in the healthcare sector. A new treatment for the 'c' word that rhymes with dancer. One that if adopted... really has no limits. As I'm writing this, it is sitting below $10 a share. It costs less than a cup of coffee, depending on your treat of choice.

But talk about moonshot potential.

If you missed my first recommendation, it has already "woken up". 234% in the last 5 days. No I'm not exaggerating. Check for yourself. Ticker symbol: XNDU. Recommended here (https://www.highwaytohappiness.me/post/going-with-the-road) on 3/27/26.

Here's my buy order for $9.65.

Put 10% of your kids' college fund in this SOON and it'll go a long way in 18 years. Diversify it with other emerging technologies, like the companies I've already recommended, and you have yourself a solid foundation for a 20 year plan.

This, if you don't know yet... is like the next Microsoft... but for quantum computing.

Don't kick yourself later for not acting sooner.

You work hard for your money. Shouldn't it work just as hard for you?
